In its 14th year, LondonEdge continues to improve, develop
and grow and remains the biggest and best show of its kind in the world.
Brands such as Freddies of Pinewood and Daisy Dapper appeal to the
rockabilly consumer and compliment the retro and rock brands such as Alchemy
and Evil Bunny.
To help buyers understand the plethora of brands available, the show
is split in to two different areas – LondonEdge Fashion and LondonEdge
Original.
LondonEdge Original offers a typically edgy platform for punk, rock n
roll and tattoo styles where as LondonEdge Fashion lends itself to the quirky,
commercial and high fashion collections that are currently enjoying vintage,
retro and kitsch influences – perfect for individuals and fashionistas.
This clear division appointed for the September 2012 show proved a
positive change and successfully highlighted the broad and exciting ranges on
offer at the show.
For the 2013 shows there are further focus zones within these two
areas – London X (for more
risqué/burlesque/lingerie) and Horror & Costume within LondonEdge
Original and in LondonEdge Fashion The Festival Tent (for all things needed by music festival goers from clothing to lifestyle
products) and the continued growth of VintEdge (vintage,
reformed vintage, vintage inspired and craft-inspired clothing &
jewellery).
A consistently entertaining show, LondonEdge
offers buyers & exhibitors added value such as Burlesque performances,
aerial acrobatics, contortionists, free haircuts, Betty bangs and rolls at the
Mister Ducktail Lounge, live tattoo & graffiti art and daily walkabout
artists.
As well as providing a positive atmosphere and entertaining show,
business is conducted there and then, erasing the pressure to put orders in at
a later date.
Continually developing and improving, for 2013 the show dates have
been brought forward from February to January 25th – 27th,
a change put in place to fit in with the exhibitors and buyers needs and give
the exhibitors the very best advantages in the market place.
LondonEdge is one of the longest standing and consistent fashion trade
shows in the UK offering an ever-evolving platform for its UK, European and
worldwide exhibitors and buyers.
January 25-27, The National Hall, Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London,
